Z\u0142o\u015bcimy si\u0119,&nbsp; gdy co\u015b nam nie wychodzi, gdy czekamy na wa\u017cny telefon, gdy nie mo\u017cemy wykona\u0107 zadania z matematyki itp.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W ramach zaj\u0119\u0107 z innowacji pedagogicznej pt. \u201eJestem ma\u0142ym odkrywc\u0105\u201d uczniowie klasy drugiej\u00a0\u00a0 poznali sposoby radzenia sobie ze stresem szkolnym. Jednym z nich s\u0105 gniotki, czyli takie specjalne pi\u0142eczki antystresowe. Roz\u0142adowuj\u0105 \u00a0one napi\u0119cie, bo gdy \u015bciskasz pi\u0142eczk\u0119, koncentrujesz si\u0119 na tym co robisz, zamiast na tym co Ci\u0119 zdenerwowa\u0142o. Dodatkowo \u0107wiczysz rami\u0119, poprawiasz kr\u0105\u017cenie, a przy tym dotleniasz m\u00f3zg.
